Year 5 are currently learning to play a variety of tunes on the Glockenspiel. Mr Turner has set his heart on the entire class learning to play the Star Spangled Banner.  They have realised that practice really does make perfect and their self confidence in playing music is really improving.

This week we created working models to show how the Moon orbits around the Earth which in turn orbits the Sun. We also created artwork to support our American themed topic which you can see on our geography display in the main corridor.
